NOTE: We are working quickly and safely to get your order to you. However, due to increased order volumes and COVID-19, delays may occur.

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days once order is placed, pending approval and merchandise availability.  Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). All orders are shipped from Fountain Valley, California.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING

Free Ground Shipping on Orders $35+ is valid exclusively at on Glukos.com for regular orders of $35+ excluding taxes and after any coupons or promotions. Offer is valid for orders shipping within the US contiguous United States. Eligible customers must select the free shipping option at checkout in order to receive free shipping. If another shipping option other than Free Ground Shipping is chosen, additional charges will apply. Offer is good for the orders "ship-to" address for domestic travel. A return label will be provided for any product that fails to deliver. Please Note That the Initial Shipping Cost Will NOT be Refunded. No adjustments can be made on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. No cash value. Void where prohibited by law.

COLORADO RESIDENTS

Starting July 1, 2022 there will be a delivery free of $0.27 automatically added to purchases. Retailers will have to collect the $0.27 fee every time they deliver taxable goods to a Colorado address. The $0.27 fee applies to retailers selling taxable tangible goods for delivery by motor vehicle to Colorado residents and consumers.

Below are the shipping method options and cost associated with each order shipment.

HAWAII & ALASKA

Orders shipping to Hawaii & Alaska via Two-Day or One-Day Shipping may need one additional day for delivery.

P.O. BOXES

Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority standard shipping. We are unable to offer expedited shipping options for P.O. Box addresses.

APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.  Please note that transit times may take up to 45 days. 

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

At this time, Glukos can only ship to valid U.S. addresses.  Sorry, we do not ship to Puerto Rico or U.S. Territories.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, at no additional cost to you.  You will receive separate Shipping Confirmation emails once each individual package is shipped. Your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge once products are processed and shipped.

HOLIDAYS

Glukos observes the following US holidays and orders will not be processed or shipped during these Holidays.

• New Year's Day (01/03/22)
• President's Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas (12/24/21 & 12/27/21)

Once order has been processed and shipped, Glukos cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping due to factors outside its control, including but not limited to interruptions to service provider networks or weather conditions. Glukos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
