Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days once order is placed, pending approval and merchandise availability. Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are shipped from Fountain Valley, CA and Goodyear, AZ. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

Below are the shipping method options and cost associated with each order shipment.

U.S. FREE SHIPPING (NON-CONTIGUOUS STATES)

Free FedEx Ground Economy on Orders $50 is valid exclusively at on GlukosEnergy.com for regular orders of $50+ excluding taxes and after any coupons or promotions. Offer is valid for orders shipping within the US contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Eligible customers must select the free shipping option at checkout in order to receive free shipping. If another shipping option other than FedEx Ground Economy is chosen, additional charges will apply. Offer is good for the orders "ship-to" address for domestic travel. Please note that the initial shipping cost will NOT be refunded. No adjustments can be made on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. No cash value. Void where prohibited by law.

COLORADO RESIDENTS

As of July 1, 2022, there will be a delivery free of $0.27 automatically added to purchases. Retailers will have to collect the $0.27 fee every time they deliver taxable goods to a Colorado address. The $0.27 fee applies to retailers selling taxable tangible goods for delivery by motor vehicle to Colorado residents and consumers.

HAWAII & ALASKA

Ground shipping is not available for deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska. Orders shipping via Two-Day or One-Day service may require an additional one to two business days for delivery.

P.O. BOXES

Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses are delivered via FedEx Ground Economy, which utilizes USPS for final-mile delivery. Because USPS completes the final leg, expedited shipping options are not available for P.O. Box shipments. Transit times may be longer than standard FedEx Ground deliveries.

APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via FedEx Ground Economy and are transferred to the U.S. Postal Service for military mail delivery. Expedited shipping options are not available, and delivery may take up to 45 days depending on destination and military mail processing.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

At this time, Shock Doctor can only ship to valid U.S. addresses. Sorry, we do not ship internationally.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, at no additional cost to you.  You will receive separate Shipping Confirmation emails once each individual package is shipped. Your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge once products are processed and shipped.

HOLIDAYS

Glukos observes the following US holidays and orders will not be processed or shipped during these Holidays.

• President's Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July (7/03/26 & 7/04/26)
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving (11/26/26 & 11/27/26)
• Christmas (12/24/26 & 12/25/26)
• New Year's Eve (12/31/26)

Once order has been processed and shipped, Glukos cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping due to factors outside its control, including but not limited to interruptions to service provider networks or weather conditions. Glukos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
