Glukos Energy strongly believes in our products and customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact our Customer Support Team within 10 days of original shipment using our Customer Service form.
For incorrect or missing items, Glukos will credit or replace with appropriate notification within 10 days of original shipment.
For wholesale customers: In general, all orders are final upon shipment. Glukos does not accept any returns without prior authorization. Overstock requests, if preapproved, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any product returned on a pre-approved RMA and received in non-saleable condition will not be given full credit. A Customer Support representative will contact you to review the return and conditions therewith in those cases.
